hYPer is The Chamber’s award-winning young professionals committee, bringing together ambitious business professionals and entrepreneurs ages 21–40 who are ready to connect, grow, and make an impact.

hYPer meets monthly for networking, professional development, community outreach, and—most importantly—building real relationships. Members have the opportunity to connect with peers, learn from successful entrepreneurs and community leaders, exchange ideas, and develop the professional confidence and accountability. But hYPer isn’t just about what happens at the monthly meeting. It’s about finding your people, expanding your network, getting involved in your community, and growing alongside other motivated professionals.
